Nutritional values
The classic is known as a spicy and firm "hand cheese with music". Thanks to radish and other refinements, this light version not only tastes great, but also contains additional mustard oils that strengthen digestion and the immune system.
With a slice of wholemeal bread to go with it, the meal is complete and also provides a thick portion of dietary fibre, which makes you pleasantly full.
