Depending on what kind of dish it is, portions vary in size and weight.

In our calculations, one serving of the prepared dish contains as balanced a nutrient ratio as possible and corresponds in portion size (quantity) to the specifications of the German Nutrition Society. An average eater should therefore be satisfied with a main course that contains 1 portion.

Nutritional information related to 100g is usually measured for individual ingredients, not for prepared dishes.
