- 1 big red yellow onion
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- 2 Tbsps Caraway
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cut cheese into relatively thick slices. Peel onions and cut into rings. Arrange onion and cheese together on a plate.
2.
Whisk together vinegar and oil and stir in caraway seed. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over cheese and let stand for about 10 minutes and serve.
