1 Citrus juicer, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Paper towel

Preparation steps

Juice lemon. Cut vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

Rinse strawberries in a bowl of cool water. Lift out, drain on paper towels and pat dry. Core and chop.

In a high-sided container such as a pitcher, combine berries, apple juice concentrate, vanilla bean seeds, lemon juice and yogurts. Puree until smooth with an immersion blender.

Fill glasses with ice, pour in strawberry smoothie and stir. If you prefer a thinner consistency, stir in a little water. Serve immediately.
