1 ½ ozs honey (4 TBSP.)
2 tsps lemon juice
16 ozs Greek yogurt

8 Ice cream cups (with handles)

Preparation steps

1.

Clean strawberries, wash and pat dry. Cut 2-3 strawberries into slices and place them in the popsicle molds. Puree remaining strawberries and pass through a fine sieve.

Mix strawberry puree with 2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Pour into the ice cream molds on top of the strawberries.

3.

Mix yogurt with remaining lemon juice and honey until creamy. Pour the yogurt into the molds and freeze for about 1 hour. Then insert wooden sticks and freeze completely for at least another 2 hours. To serve, remove from the molds.
