½ tsp ground paprika (hot)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch salt
½ cup Sparkling water (ice cold)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

Rinse chives and shake dry. Set a few chives aside for garnish and mince the rest.

In a high-sided container, combine yogurt, minced chives, see paprika, hot paprika, chili pepper paste and salt. Puree with an immersion blender.

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in smoothie and top with mineral water. Serve immediately, garnished with reserved chives.
