2 tablespoons rolled Oats (Instant, about 15 grams)
4 ounces Greek Greek yogurt (10% fat)
1 ¼ cups Soy milk (or low-fat milk)
ground Cinnamon (to taste)

Preparation steps

Combine fruit, honey, oatmeal, yogurt and soy milk in a deep bowl.
