½small Lemons
Salt

7 ouncesCarrots

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Box grater

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse the chives, shake dry, cut into thin rings and place in a bowl.
2 Mix together the quark and sour cream until smooth and add chives.
3 Squeeze juice from half a lemon. Season quark mixture with 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4 Peel carrots and grate finely with a box grater. Stir into the quark mixture, season with more salt and pepper and serve.
