- 1 shredded White cabbage (shredded)
- 1 ½ cups carrots (peeled and shredded)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- ⅔ cup low-fat Yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat Mayonnaise
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- salt
- Black pepper
- Chives (halved)
- parsley (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine the onion, carrot, and white cabbage in a large mixing bowl, and toss to mix well.
2.
Whisk together the yoghurt, mayonnaise, seasoning and lemon juice in another mixing bowl. Add to the vegetables and mix well to combine.
3.
Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with a little black pepper, chive stalks and a sprig of parsley.
