3 sheetsNasturtium
1 sliceWhole-grain rye bread (about 40 grams)
1 teaspoongrated Horseradish
2 ouncescooked Beet (peeled)
Salt
1Nasturtium flower

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Paper towel

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse the nasturtium leaves and shake dry.
2 Spread 1 teaspoon horseradish over each bread slice.
3 Drain beets, dry slightly with paper towels and cut into very thin slices or strips.
4 Top bread with beets and nasturtium leaves, dividing evenly. Season lightly with salt, garnish with nasturtium flowers and serve.
