250 grams Whole Grain Rye Flour
250 grams Whole wheat flour
½ packet baking soda
2 Tbsps butter
4 egg yolks
250 grams Quark

Preparation steps

1.

Mix both flours in a mixing bowl. Add baking soda, butter, egg yolks and quark. Knead well.

2.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

3.

Separate dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into rolls. Place on baking sheet and cut 5 mm (approximately 1/5 inch) deep slits across. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and serve.
