Halve papaya and remove seeds with a spoon, then peel and cut flesh into cubes.
Peel mango and cut flesh into slices around the pit, then cut into cubes.
Squeeze out orange juice and combine in a blender with apple juice.
Add papaya, mango and ice cubes and puree until smooth. Pour into a serving glass and serve immediately.
