1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Toothpick, 1 Pot (with lid), 1 Mortar, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Plate, 1 Bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon

Preparation steps

Rinse asparagus and drain in a sieve. Peel the lower third of the asparagus stalks and cut off the ends.

Cut asparagus spears diagonally into about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) slices.

Rinse turkey cutlet, pat dry and spread thinly with wasabi.

Season turkey cutlet lightly salt, roll from the short edge and secure with toothpicks.

Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a pot. Add asparagus and bring to a boil. Then place roll in pot, cover and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
