1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 2 Teaspoons, 1 Paper towel
1 Rinse and dry mint. Pluck leaves and set aside.
2 Rinse strawberries and drain on paper towels. Coarsely chop and place in a tall vessel. Puree with an immersion blender and pour into 2 glasses.
3 Peel kiwis and dice. Puree with an immersion blender and add a spoonful to each glass.
4 Cut papaya in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut out the flesh and coarsely chop. Puree flesh with an immersion blender. Carefully place puree in the glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
