- ⅞ cup plain Yogurt
- 1 ⅓ cups milk
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps honey

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Mandoline, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Pastry brush, 1 Small bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 ggf. dünne Rubber gloves oder Einmalhandschuhe
Preparation steps
1.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2.
Pour into chilled glasses. Add ice cubes if you wish.
