- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 300 milliliters cooled Buttermilk

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and halve strawberries. Place strawberries, lemon juice and honey in a blender or mash with a hand blender.
2.
Mix in buttermilk gradually. Fill two tall glasses and serve with a straw.
