- 400 grams Chinese Tagliatelle
- salt
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 2 shallots
- 2 scallions
- 40 grams Sun-dried Tomato in oil
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 250 milliliters Vegetable broth (Granulated instant)
- 5 Tbsps Lime juice
- 4 Tbsps finely chopped Fresh herbs
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
2.
Peel garlic and shallots and chop finely. Rinse scallions, clean and chop finely. Drain tomatoes and cut into strips.
3.
Heat peanut oil in a wok or deep frying pan. Add garlic, shallots, scallions and tomatoes. Sauté briefly. Add noodles. Add broth and lime juice. Simmer over medium heat for 4 minutes while stirring. Stir in herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
