- 3 ½ Tbsps Oat Milk
- ½ Vanilla bean
- 2 ozs Blackberry (frozen)
- 2 ozs Blueberries (frozen)
- 1 oz Blueberries (fresh)
- mint (for decoration)

1 Blender, 1 Knife, 1 Cutting board, 2 Glasses
Preparation steps
1.
Peel bananas and cut them into finger-thick pieces. Put everything in a freezer bag and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the vanilla pulp with a knife.
Put frozen banana slices with oat milk, vanilla pulp, and frozen berries into a powerful blender. Puree to a creamy mass and add some more liquid as desired.
3.
Wash and dry blueberries and some mint leaves. Put NiceCream in two glasses, decorate with fresh blueberries and mint leaves and serve.
