7 Tbsps Peanut butter
3 ozs Almond milk
1 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa content; vegan)

1 Mini food processor or blender, 8 wooden skewers, 8 Ice- small molds

Preparation steps

1.

Peel ripe bananas, cut into thumb-thick slices and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Let the bananas thaw briefly, puree with peanut puree and almond drink in a powerful blender or food processor. Depending on your preference, chop the chocolate coarser or finer and fold into the Nicecream.

3.

Pour Nicecream into the molds and allow to freeze for about 1 hour. Then insert wooden sticks and allow to freeze for another 3 hours. To serve, remove the chocolate-peanut Nicecream from the molds and enjoy.
