Ingredients

For servings

1 heaping tablespoonQuark (or cream cheese, about 75 grams)
1 teaspoongrated Horseradish (from a jar)
Salt
½Carrots (about 100 grams)
¼ bunchesDill
1Whole-grain English muffins (each about 60 grams)
1smoked Trout fillet (each about 50 grams)

Kitchen Utensils

1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Box grater, 1 Small knife, 1 Toaster

Directions

Display mode:
1 Place quark in a small bowl, mix with the horseradish and season with salt.
2 Peel carrot and grate coarsely on a box grater.
3 Rinse the dill, shake dry and pluck the fronds.
4 Toast the muffins. Top with horseradish mixture and sprinkle with 2/3 of the dill.
5 Divide grated carrots over toasts. Flake trout into pieces and divide over toasts. Garnish with remaining dill and serve.
