1 Place quark in a small bowl, mix with the horseradish and season with salt.
2 Peel carrot and grate coarsely on a box grater.
3 Rinse the dill, shake dry and pluck the fronds.
4 Toast the muffins. Top with horseradish mixture and sprinkle with 2/3 of the dill.
5 Divide grated carrots over toasts. Flake trout into pieces and divide over toasts. Garnish with remaining dill and serve.
