1 Pot, 1 non-stick Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Salad spinner

Preparation steps

Peel shallots and very finely chop.

Rinse radicchio, spin dry and cut into fine strips.

Rinse pears and cut into quarters, remove the core and cut into approximately 1/2-inch cubes. Roughly chop the walnuts.

Lightly toast walnuts in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Remove nuts from the pan and wipe the pan clean.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
