150 grams Natural yogurt
150 grams Pastry flour
50 grams ground Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat a convection oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Separate the eggs between 2 separate bowls. Beat the yolks with the sugar, cocoa, milk, yogurt, flour and ground walnuts until smooth. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.

Pour the mixture into a generously greased tart ring and smooth top.

Rinse the pears and cut lengthwise into thick 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices. Arrange the pear slices around the cake batter in a star shape. Sprinkle the top with the shelled walnuts. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

5.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
