- 200 grams Oak leaf lettuce
- 1 Organic pear
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 200 grams Fennel bulb
- 50 grams Walnut
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 1 pinch dried Dill
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch Chili powder
Preparation steps

Rinse, pluck and drain lettuce and cut into bite size pieces. Rinse and dry pear, cut into quarters, remove core, cut flesh into thin columns and sprinkle immediately with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Rinse fennel bulb and cut into fine strips. Toast shelled walnuts in dry pan for 1-2 minutes until golden brown then let cool.

Whisk remaining lemon juice with both oils, stir in dill and season with salt, pepper and some chili powder.

Place salad, pear and fennel into four bowls, sprinkle with nuts and pour dressing over top.
4.
Serve immediately.
