4 sprigs parsley
4 sprigs Dill
1 lemon

1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small pot, 1 Paper towel, 1 large Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula

Preparation steps

Cut the dried apricots into 1/2-inch cubes.

Peel shallots and chop finely.
