1 Non-stick pan, 1 Small skillet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Slotted spatula

Preparation steps

Trim shiitake mushrooms, remove stems and cut caps into thin slices. Trim scallions, rinse and cut into thin rings. Peel ginger and finely chop.

Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until light brown. Remove from heat and let cool.

Whisk eggs in a bowl with the soy sauce and 2 tablespoons water.
