Salmon Omelette Rolls
- 125 grams Iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 80 grams smoked Salmon (in slices)
- 50 grams cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Whipped cream
- 1 garlic
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons Pastry flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
Rinse the lettuce, trim, spin dry and cut into fine strips.
Blanch the tomatoes, peel, seed and dice.
Cut the salmon into pieces.
Stir cream cheese with the whipping cream until smooth. Add pressed garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs with the milk and flour, add salt and pepper, place in a pan in hot butter and saute 2 large omelets.
Place the omelets on plates, in the middle add a little cream cheese. Spread the lettuce, tomato and salmon on it and roll up. If desired, tie with chives and serve garnished with herb flowers.
