4 Tbsps skim milk

Nutmeg (freshly grated)
1 ¾ cups cream cheese (softened)
2 Tbsps fresh parsley (chopped)
1 Tbsp fresh Dill (chopped)
1 Tbsp fresh Chives
2 Tbsps Parmesan (grated)
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

1.
Whisk the eggs well with the milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Mix the cream cheese with the herbs and the grated cheese until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Heat the butter on a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Make 2 omelets one after the other. Once cooked, remove omelet from pan and spread with the herb cream cheese. Roll up, slice at an angle and serve immediately. Enjoy.
