- 9 ozs Strawberries
- 2 Nectarine
- 1 Banana
- 4 ozs Blueberries
- 9 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- 3 Tbsps elderflower syrup

Preparation steps

Carefully rinse strawberries in a bowl of cold water, remove and drain on paper towels. Then trim and cut into quarters.

Rinse nectarines, wipe dry, halve and pit. Cut flesh into thin slices.

Carefully rinse blueberries in a bowl of cold water, remove and drain on paper towels.

Peel banana, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Add to a bowl with the strawberries, nectarines and blueberries and mix gently.

Mix yogurt and elderflower syrup until smooth in a small bowl and serve with fruit salad.
