- 1 small Pineapple
- ½ honeydew melon
- 2 Kiwi
- 2 Oganic oranges
- 1 red-fleshed Grapefruit
- 1 can Lychee (230 grams, drained)
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 centiliters Orange liqueur

Preparation steps
1.
Quarter pineapple lengthwise and cut off rind. Cut pineapple into small cubes.
2.
Cut melon into wedges, remove rind and seeds and cut flesh into pieces.
3.
Peel and dice kiwis. With a sharp knife, remove peel and pith from oranges and grapefruit. Cut fruit into pieces and reserve any juice.
4.
In a bowl, combine drained lychees with prepared fruit. Stir in vanilla sugar, reserved citrus juice and liqueur. Cover and chill before serving.
