- 200 grams Currants
- 200 grams Blackberry
- 200 grams Raspberries
- 3 Plum
- 1 handful Kumquat
- 500 milliliters Apple juice
- 500 milliliters Black tea (flavored with vanilla)
- 750 milliliters mineral water (or sparkling wine)
- 100 milliliters orange or lime Vodka
- sugar (to taste)
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the fruit, drain. Remove the green of the strawberries, halve or quarter. Halve the plums, core and cut into slices. Slice the kumquats into slices.
2.
Place the fruit in a glass bowl with apple juice, tea, mineral water/sparkling wine and vodka and leave for at least 1 hour, sweeten to taste and serve garnished with mint in glasses.
