Nutritional values

The buttermilk in this smoothie supports digestion with lactose and provides valuable protein, without almost any fat.

Use apple or orange juice instead of buttermilk to make this smoothie even more fruity. Depending on the season, melon or peach can be replaced by a half of a banana, a kiwi or a handful of cherries.

Adding an apple sounds delicious. You may need to add a little bit more buttermilk if the smoothie is too thick.
