- ⅔ cup sweetened Sea Buckthorn Puree (from Healthfood shop)
- ½ cup freshly squeezed Orange juice
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- To garnish
- 1 Ladyfinger (broken into small pieces)
- Orange zest
- 2 fresh mint

Preparation steps
1.
Put the sweetened buckthorn puree, orange juice and buttermilk together in a blender.
2.
Whiz together to combine. Pour into 2 glasses.
3.
Top with the sponge finger, orange zest and mint to serve.
