cup Galia melon (flesh)
Raspberry jelly
1 Tbsp Yogurt
crushed Ice
fresh mint (to garnish)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 thermal tea pot, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Baking sheet

Preparation steps

Remove any seeds from the watermelon flesh and puree finely with the galia melon, yogurt and 1-2 teaspoons of raspberry jelly. Pour the puree into two glasses and fill up with plenty of crushed ice. Add a small blob of raspberry jelly to each and serve garnished with a thin slice of melon and fresh mint.
