Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F). Season chicken legs with salt and pepper. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place chicken on baking sheet and brush with ketchup and a few dashes of Tabasco. Bake on the middle rack of the oven, basting occasionally with drippings, about 40 minutes.
