- 1 ½ Tbsps sweet ground paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Trim chicken and pat dry.
3.
Combine paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil and coat chicken pieces. Place on lined baking sheet.
4.
Bake 30-35 minutes. To serve, arrange in a small bowl.
