- 4 Chicken legs
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- Pastry flour (to coat)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 3 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 200 milliliters (approximately 7 ounces) white wine
- 200 milliliters (approximately 7 ounces) Chicken broth
- cayenne pepper (at will)
Preparation steps
1.
Salt and pepper chicken legs and roll in flour to coat.

Add oil to a pan over high heat. Add chicken legs and cook until golden brown.
3.
Meanwhile, peel onions and garlic cloves and cut into rings or small cubes.
4.
Cut bell peppers into strips.
5.
Add onions and garlic to the chicken.
6.
Add bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
7.
Pour in wine and reduce by about half. Cook for about 20 minutes further at low heat.
8.
Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
