400 grams Pork loin (cut into thin strips)
100 grams soybean sprout
½ Leek
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps light soy sauce
2 Tbsps Peanut butter
salt
1 pinch sugar
1 small chili pepper
3 Tbsps sunflower oil
3 Tbsps water

Preparation steps

Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix pork with soy sauce and garlic and let marinate for 20 minutes. Remove pork from marinade. Trim and rinse leek and cut lengthwise into thin strips. Rinse bean sprouts and drain. Rinse chile, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and chop. Heat oil in a wok and fry the meat until nearly cooked.

Add sprouts and vegetables and stir-fry for 2 more minutes. Move meat and vegetables to the side walls of the wok, increase the heat slightly and add the peanut butter, chile and water. Bring to a boil, then add the vegetables and the meat and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add salt and sugar to taste and serve hot.
