1 handful Fresh herbs (such as basil, chervil, parsley)
½ lemon
2 garlic cloves
250 grams softened butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
Edible flowers (for serving, such as Borage, Daisies)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry the herbs, then remove the leaves and finely chop. Rinse the lemon in hot water, finely grate, and squeeze the juice.

2.

Peel the garlic, and pass through a press into the butter. Add the herbs, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest, and 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix until thoroughly combined, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide into small glasses. 

3.

Chill, and serve garnished with edible flowers.
