3 Tbsps finely chopped, mixed Fresh herbs (such as chives, parsley, dill)
2 tsps thyme
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Beat the butter in a bowl until fluffy. Mix in the garlic, herbs, and lemon juice, then season to taste with salt.

Place the butter on a piece of plastic wrap and form into a roll. Wrap with the plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut into slices before serving.
