250 grams butter

1 generous pinch Lemon peel

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic. Using either a garlic press or the blade side of a chef's knife, mash the garlic into a paste.

Stir garlic with the butter until creamy. Mix in the herbs, lemon zest and season with salt.

Place the herb butter in plastic wrap, roll into a log, and place at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
