250 grams butter
½ bunch Chives (to taste)
0.3 bunch parsley (to taste)
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Place the butter in a mixing bowl and let soften at room temperature. 

2.

Rinse and finely chop the chives and the parsley. Add to the butter. Peel the garlic and pass throough a press. Add the butter-herb mixture, the garlic, and half a teaspoon of salt to the food processor. Mix until thoroughly combined.  

3.

Place the herb butter in a square form lined with plastic wrap. Smooth the mixture in the mold and place in the refrigerator. 

4.

Remove the butter from the mold and cut into squares. Place in a bowl. Set the bowl into a large bowl filled with ice cubes, so that the butter doesn't melt.
