100 milliliters Vegetable broth
70 grams raisins
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
300 grams Quark
salt
cayenne pepper
liquid Sweetener (to taste)

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Mandoline, 1 Small knife, 1 Sieve, 1 Small skillet, 1 large Skillet (or wok), 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Slotted spatula

Preparation steps

Rinse sweet potatoes, peel and slice on a mandoline into long, very thin strips.

Peel onions, halve and slice into strips.

Drain sauerkraut in a colander. Toast almonds in a small dry pan until golden brown and let cool.
