1 Tablespoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Bowl, 1 Peeler, 1 Box grater, 1 Fine grater, 1 large Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Paper towel

Preparation steps

Peel and coarsely grate potatoes.

Put potatoes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. With your hands, squeeze out excess moisture. Grate some nutmeg over the potato mixture.

Heat the canola oil in a large non-stick skillet. Divide the potato mixture into 4 portions, add to the pan and flatten slightly.
