- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp plain flour
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 ⅓ cups Crème fraiche
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 3 Tbsps Chives (chopped)
- 2 ½ cups smoked Salmon (in slices)

Preparation steps

Mix the potatoes with the eggs and flour. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
