Preparation steps

Squeeze juice from oranges to yield about 3/4 cup. Squeeze juice from grapefruit to yield about 1/2 cup. Combine orange juice, grapefruit juice, carrot juice, yogurt and oil in a tall vessel, and puree until smooth with an immersion blender. Serve immediately.
