- 2 Oranges
- 1 small Grapefruit
- ¾ cup Carrot juice
- 4 tablespoons Quark (about 80 grams)
- 1 teaspoon Canola oil
Squeeze juice from oranges to yield about 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup). Squeeze juice from grapefruit to yield about 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup). Combine orange juice, grapefruit juice, carrot juice, quark an oil in a tall vessel and puree until smooth with an immersion blender. Serve immediately.
