Ingredients

For serving

½large Carrots (each about 150 grams)
½Mandarin orange (or tangerines)
¼small Limes
¼small fresh Fig (about 40 grams)
Ice cubes

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Juicer, 1 Ice Crusher, 1 Peeler

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse and coarsely chop carrots.
2 Squeeze juice from mandarines and lime.
3 Gently rinse figs with warm water, then pat dry and slice thinly.
4 Using an electric juicer, juice carrots.
5 Crush ice cubes with an ice crusher (or in a blender). Fill a glass with ice, then mix in carrot, mandarin orange and lime juices. Garnish with fig slices and serve immediately.
