1 Rinse and coarsely chop carrots.
2 Squeeze juice from mandarines and lime.
3 Gently rinse figs with warm water, then pat dry and slice thinly.
4 Using an electric juicer, juice carrots.
5 Crush ice cubes with an ice crusher (or in a blender). Fill a glass with ice, then mix in carrot, mandarin orange and lime juices. Garnish with fig slices and serve immediately.
