- 2 ripe Banana
- 1 lb red Currants
- 1 tsp Organic barley grass (powder)
- In addition: Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Blender, 1 Sieve, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fork
Preparation steps
1.

Cut grapefruit in half and squeeze juice into a blender.
2.

Peel banana and cut into slices. Add to blender.
3.

Rinse currants, drain and set aside 2 clusters.
4.

Strip remaining currants from stems and place in blender. Add barley grass powder and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with currants.
