Ingredients

For servings

½Grapefruit (300 grams)
1ripe Banana (about 150 grams)
½ poundsred Currants
½ teaspoonsOrganic barley grass (powder)
In addition: Ice cubes

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Blender, 1 Sieve, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fork

Directions

Display mode:
1 Cut grapefruit in half and squeeze juice into a blender.
2 Peel banana and cut into slices. Add to blender.
3 Rinse currants, drain and set aside 2 clusters.
4 Strip remaining currants from stems and place in blender. Add barley grass powder and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with currants.
