If the fruit is sweet enough for you, omit the rice syrup and save some sugar.

- 28 ozs Strawberries
- 14 ozs Raspberries
- 1 Orange
- 2 Tbsps Rice syrup
- 3 Lemon balm
- 2 Tbsps almonds

Preparation steps

Clean and wash strawberries, cut about 14 ounce in half; put the rest in a blender. Wash raspberries and add about 7 ounce to the strawberries in the blender. Cut orange in half and squeeze juice. Add juice and rice syrup to the fruit and puree everything finely.

Divide smoothie among deep plates and top with remaining berries.

Wash lemon balm, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Coarsely chop almonds and sprinkle over berries with lemon balm.
