Preparation steps

1.

Cut the mango and papaya flesh into cubes. Clean, wash and cut the pepper into pieces. Squeeze orange and lime.

2.

Finely puree mango, papaya and paprika with orange and lime juice, turmeric, flaxeed oil and oat drink in a blender.

3.

Wash the berries and put them into glasses. Pour smoothie on the berries and serve.
