1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ Banana
2 tablespoons honey
3 ounces Greek yogurt
16 ounces Buttermilk (or almond milk)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and drain the blueberries. Freeze for about 10 minutes.

Puree the blueberries, lemon juice, honey, peeled banana and yogurt. Add the buttermilk until the desired consistency is achieved.
